A family of four enjoyed an unexpected upgrade to a spacious suite with two rooms, providing excellent value for money. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. The fruit buffet was a delightful addition, making breakfast enjoyable. the location was not ideal for our visits as it required a bit of a drive to see family, which was a minor inconvenience.

Plus, the fire alarm at 6:30 AM without clear guidance left guests confused and anxious. It would have been nice if improvements were made on basic amenities like hot water consistency and TV size—these small things can really make a difference.
